4-Week Progressive Core & Pelvic Floor Workshop

This 4-week progressive workshop is designed to help women rebuild a strong, functional foundation from the inside out. Each week intentionally builds on the last, allowing your body the time, guidance, and repetition it needs to truly reconnect, strengthen, and function the way it was designed to.
We’ll start by re-establishing proper breath mechanics and deep core connection, then progressively layer in strength, control, and functional movement patterns. As the weeks go on, you’ll learn how to apply this work to everyday life — lifting, exercising, standing, moving, and returning to activities with confidence.
This workshop is ideal for women who want to:
Improve core and pelvic floor function
Reduce or eliminate leakage and pelvic floor symptoms
Build a stronger, more supportive core and foundation
Learn how to properly engage their core during workouts and daily movement
Feel more confident and connected to their bodies
By the end of the four weeks, you’ll walk away with better body awareness, improved strength and control, and tools you can continue using long after the workshop ends.

Additional Program Support
Throughout the four weeks, we’ll also be joined by two experienced nurses from Anara Infusion who share the same philosophy of supporting women through all stages of life. They’ll offer insight into holistic well-being, including tips and education around longevity, hormone health, nutrition, and overall wellness.
