Core/Pelvic Floor Workshop
A free beginner-friendly experience for women
Join pelvic floor and core rehab specialist Jenna Dawn for a hands-on workshop designed to help you reconnect with your core, understand your pelvic floor, and feel stronger from the inside out. This class is perfect for postpartum women (whether months or years out), women experiencing leaks or pressure, or anyone who wants to finally understand their core on a deeper level.
In this 60-minute session, you’ll learn:
• What the pelvic floor actually is — and why “just doing Kegels” isn’t enough
• How your breath, core, and pelvic floor work together
• How to properly activate and relax your pelvic floor
• Beginner-friendly exercises you can start using right away
• Tips on engaging correctly through everyday movements
• Optional gentle core assessment from Jenna (with your consent)
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing (avoid thick layers if you’d like the core assessment)What to Expect:
A safe, supportive, women-only environment with conversation, learning, laughter, and moments of deep focus. This workshop is capped at 12 participants to keep it personal and hands-on.Bonus:
